Parking:

Please do not park on the side of the street where caution tape is present. If you park by the caution tape, you will be instructed to move, or the fire department will shut down the sale.

Rules for the Trailer Bids:

Trailer sold in "as is" condition, with no warranties implied or otherwise.
Bidding period: Friday and Saturday 9- 2, Sunday 9 - noon
Green Light Estate Sales reserves the right to reject any bid that is less than the suggested bid price posted.
All bidders will be contacted by phone as to the outcome of their bid.
For your bid to be valid and to hold the trailer, a minimum nonrefundable 10% payment of cash, cashier's check, or Credit Card with ID must be received when the winning bid is announced.
Full payment in the form of cash, a cashier's check, or Credit Card with ID is required to transfer ownership.
Buyers must pay in full within 24 hours or forfeit the 10% deposit.

The Black Utility Trailer:

Dimensions: 5 feet by 10 feet.

Bidding: Starts at $1000 and must increase by at least $100 intervals.

The Brown Military Trailer:

Dimensions: 4 feet by 6 feet.

Bidding: Starts at $800 and must increase by at least $100 intervals.

Safety:

Please do not enter any areas where we have placed caution tape on the property; these areas are not safe for the general public.
Due to the long walk from the parking area to the sale, the uneven ground in the front and backyard, as well as the flight of stairs leading to the upper and lower levels, this home is not wheelchair accessible.
