We are a family owned and operated estate sale company that is known for our excellent estate sales, our care for our clients, and our best-in-class service in the Albuquerque metro area. We understand that liquidating your estate is a difficult process, and we handle everything in your estate with dignity and respect.

What we do

We specialize in estate liquidation and estate appraisals. We handle everything for liquidating your estate from beginning to end. If you just need an estate appraised, we can do that too.

We work with estate owners, executors, POAs (power of attorney), real-estate agents, attorneys, and individuals who need an estate liquidated.

How we hold an estate sale

Complimentary evaluation

We will meet with you to evaluate your estate. This meeting is completely obligation free. If we determine that an estate sale is in your best interest, we with you fill out the paperwork and continue.

 

Setup and staging

When we set up and stage your estate sale, our crew displays the items in your estate in a way that is appealing to the buyer. We use professional appraisers to make sure that your valuables are priced fairly. We advertise the sale and display road signage to direct traffic to your estate.

Conduct the sale

We have a reputation for conducting fun, friendly sales. At the sale we accept cash, credit and debit cards, and Apple Pay.

After the sale

When the sale is over, we vacuum the carpets, sweep the floors, and clean the bathrooms. We remove the trash and dispose of any remaining items. Unless there are specific items you want us to leave in the estate, we leave the house completely empty. We then handle the financials and present you with a check within 10 business days after the sale.
